  • 2 ea 6 oz bonless chicken breast
  • 1 jar Chef Williams Creole Butter marinade
  • ½ cup Neutral cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Evenly inject 2 oz of marinade into each breast
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper
  • In a 10-inch pan, heat oil to approximately 350°
  • Place the chicken, skin-side down in preheated oil and fry until golden brown. Flip once, remain cooking until the chicken has reached an internal temp of 165° F.
