Pan-Fried Chicken Breast
Delicious, Juicy Chicken Breast!
- 2 ea 6 oz bonless chicken breast
- 1 jar Chef Williams Creole Butter marinade
- ½ cup Neutral cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Evenly inject 2 oz of marinade into each breast
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- In a 10-inch pan, heat oil to approximately 350°
- Place the chicken, skin-side down in preheated oil and fry until golden brown. Flip once, remain cooking until the chicken has reached an internal temp of 165° F.
